  I ordered 4 personalised items as gifts for members of our wedding party on 3/10/17 and paid £4.99 for first class delivery. They sent a message saying they were sent on the 6/10/17 but I have not received them and Royal Mail don't have them but all the companies response is to wait until 20/10/17 to see if they arrive- the wedding is the next day- so I've paid for gifts and delivery charge and I have nothing!!!! I would never use this company again as I only have their word that anything was sent in the first place and now they are trying to blame it on Royal Mail.Terrible service

  Ordered 5 personalised glass tankards for father of the groom, best man and ushers etc. 2 different styles, they arrived so quickly! Were well packaged to keep them safe, and are great! Even better than I'd hoped for. Words are etched into the glass not stuck on like some other places. They were half the price of notonthehighstreet, plus I got the current 20% off first order discount so was a fantastic bargain for what I received! Very happy!
