  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. Terrible service throughout. I found the dress of my dreams on my first visit and, as they were the only local wedding dress shop to sell Maggie Sottero, I decided to go with them. I wasn't impressed with the service on my first visit- the lady fitting me didn't listen to anything I was saying and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I went back a few more times and was never made to feel special- no one remembered who I was or ever offered me a drink. I always saw someone different and was always asked the same questions. When the dress I ordered came in I got a call to ask if I would like to come and try it on and was explicitly told they could keep the dress for me until they had recruited a seamstress to make alterations. So I went in to try my dress on filled with much anticipation and excitement. Straightaway I was told I had to take the dress with me that day which really annoyed me as I hadn't made any plans to transport the dress that day and had nowhere to keep it out-of-sight from my fiancé. They didn’t care. They couldn’t wait to get me out of the shop- all they cared about was getting my money and then onto the next. I wasn’t offered any guidance on finding a seamstress to make the alterations needed, I wasn’t offered any accessories such as a veil- I wasn’t even wished good luck for my big day. WORST SERVICE EVER! I actually left that day feeling relieved I would never have to go back there again! I always imagined buying my wedding dress would be one of the most exciting experiences of planning my wedding but it was awful and not something I’ll look back on fondly. The only good thing is that I absolutely love my dress.
