  I had an exceptipnal experience selling my home with Taylors. From my first contact with the office I was always confident that I was going to get the best results with them. I called out 5 different agents to value my property and Taylors were by far the best, the fee was slightly higher but boy were they worth every penny!! After putting my property onto the Internet we had viewings booked in straight away. I recieved feedback instantly from all viewings and they managed to sell my property that weekend. After the sale was agreed I was constantly kept updated and using the solicitors recommended by Taylors I completed in under 9 weeks. If anyone is thinking about selling then you need to call these guys out 5 star service recieved from day one. Top work guys!!!!

  Drove 90 miles to view a property that was listed the previous day. Received a phone call en route to say property was "sold"
  I had been told there were no other viewings that day, and the property was only publicly listed on rightmove on Wednesday.
  When I asked why i would not get the opportunity to attend my scheduled viewing and place a higher offer i was told...
  They have accepted an offer from a cash buyer, I pointed out that I was also a cash buyer. Sales negotiator then told me he would speak to the vendor and call me back. He then called back and forgot what he previously said and went on to say they had advised vendor to go with previous offer because they were using Taylors in house mortgage broker and solicitor. I pointed out that this was not what he said before and that this meant they were not interested in getting the best price for the vendors property.
  I then asked to speak to the sales manager who told me he would call the vendor personally and call me back. He didn't. I called him back. And he eventually said viewing should not have been booked in.
  I pointed out that if the property sold for more money, Taylors would make better commission. Oliver told me..
  "It wouldn't make any difference as they were on a fixed commission" a fixed commission?
  That's not the sales process listed on the website
  This was on a Thursday during half term and I had to bring my disabled 8yr old child on a 180mile 4hr round trip.
  Dont believe for a second he called a vendor of an empty property and told them he had a cash buyer willing to pay more than previous offer and that ..the vendor said "oh no I don't want anymore money for my property:"
  Bottom line.
  If you sell through them they won't get you the best price for your property. They will sell it to "mates" OR pocket investors.
  If you try and buy through them. They will waste your time and petrol and insult your intelligence.
  You have been warned.
  If you are the vendor of a property in wellingborough and you just sold through Taylors...they have not acted in your best interests, and you have missed out on £1000's...
  Not what I would want if I sold my own property
  
  Sales managers name is Oliver... so is the mortgage brokers.
